1. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day free trial on all subscription packages to allow you to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid plan.

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final. Payments made for monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable, including unused time or partial usage.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

  • Access Restriction After Expiry: If you do not renew before the expiry date, access to your account will be paused until a renewal is completed.

 

2. Subscription & Renewal Policy

  • Manual Renewal: All subscriptions must be manually renewed. We do not auto-renew your subscription.

  • Reminder Notifications: Users will receive email reminders prior to the expiration of their current subscription term.

  • No Grace Period: Access is suspended immediately upon expiration unless the package is renewed.

 

3. Data Retention Policy

  • We retain your account and data securely, even after your subscription expires.

  • Your data will not be deleted unless you explicitly request for it to be removed.

 

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards

  • FPX Online Banking

  • E-Wallets

All transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.

 

5. Account Usage & Affiliate Program

  • Internal Use Only: All user accounts are intended for internal business use by the registered company.

  • Affiliate Feature: Each user account includes a unique referral code. When others sign up using your referral code, you will receive a commission based on our affiliate program terms.

  • Abuse Policy: Misuse of referral codes (e.g., fake signups, system abuse) may result in suspension from the affiliate program or termination of the account.
